It’s been a long time since Joe and I have been in town to have lunch. The funny thing is the office was holding a farewell party for Sarah at Buffalo Wild Wings and we couldn’t because we’d eaten there already.

After completing a week of iMIS training in Alexandria, I returned to fly right back out to Las Vegas for a weekend. I found this mound of beef, wonder bread, mashed potatoes, and gravey at a diner near the airport. It’s called The Manhattan.
Cousin Will took me to his favorite Mexican resturant in his neighborhood Del Ray. As you can see, they are big.
I’m running out of lunch locations that are within walking distance of the iMIS training facility. But this retro burrito resturant mixes Mexican food with steril decor. Check out the orange plastic stools and neon green countertop.
